Matt and James were incredibly helpful in giving me input on deciding which e-bike to buy. TBH, I wound up going with a different brand, but I was very close to pulling the trigger on I found there (and, I'm sure, would have been very happy with). I stopped by to thank Matt for all his help and he was super gracious. Trek has earned their reputation in Raleigh and beyond. I've been riding Trek bikes since the 90's. Their service is unmatched and their products are amazing. I own one Trek now and I won't be surprised if I'm back in years ahead to buy another. Thanks again Matt and James!

Great purchase experience! Went in with questions on upgrading my current bike with no intentions of getting a new bike…well, I left with a brand new Trek Domane AL5! Matt’s product knowledge and wonderful customer service made purchasing a new Trek from Trek Raleigh Holly Park an easy decision!

Took my Checkpoint in for a Level 2 service and hydraulic brake flush. I had called on Thursday and told Joel what I needed. When I got there on Saturday, Matt greeted me knew exactly what I needed. He performed the work quickly and gave me great explanations of everything he did. Very pleased.

This place is fantastic! I wished I would have bought my ebike from them. They do stand behind their products. They were able to repair my ebike I bought somewhere else and was having nothing but problems. They repaired it quickly and are very reasonable. Joel, Matt, and Seth were all great! I'd give their customer service 10 stars. The same with Seth and his repair in my ebike. Thank you guys so much!!
