I took my 6 year old Trek Emonda in for service fulling expecting the level 3 service package. I knew I was in the right place when Dietrich said let’s look at it first. He didn’t try to sell me on things I did not need. I ended up with the level 2 service package. It rides like a brand new bike! I am a customer for life!
9/3/24—stopped by the shop. My friends made some adjustments for me while I looked at new bikes. I have a n 1 problem. They helped me right away—cutting my looking around time.. There was no charge for the adjustment!
I will see you guys before spring 2025 for my yearly checkup. Thanks!

My favorite LBS! I’ve purchased two bikes and several upgrades from them. Their community rides are awesome and helped me get over my fears of riding with a group as a noob. Tim, Dietrich and Alex are all helpful, knowledgeable and friendly.
