Hank helped us sell our home faster and for more money than we thought would be possible. He was highly responsive - at one point, a pipe froze while we were out of town and he came from across town to let the plumber in so it could be fixed, which we really appreciated.

Hank and I have been working with each other for over a year to find me the perfect home. This all started with me living out of state and working with Hank mostly over email and a few trips to look at home. Hank is awesome! My wife and I moved from Boston and we're not sure who to reach out to when we arrived in Georgia to buy a home having no family or friends in the area we were living. We called many agents with no return calls back. When we found a number for Hank and reached out he called us back almost instantly. He then spent 2 weeks with us calling and emailing with little wait time in between. I loved that quick response so we were not waiting to make the biggest decision of our lives in suspense for a reply back. This would be our first home after being married and my first home ever bought! Hank then spent his time walking me through the steps and making this purchase extremely easy as a first time homeowner. Hank became our family and friend during this time period and still keep in touch 2 years later. Hank is awesome and would recommend him instantly to anyone buying or selling a house!

My wife and I went to Hank a few years ago when we were first looking to buy a house. It just wasn't in the cards for us at the time I guess, but Hank made a lasting impression. He came to our house, drove us around to view the places in which we were interested, and really did a great job negotiating price and our buyer requests.
A few years later, a house kinda popped up out of nowhere and we bought it without an agent (not recommended!). We have a toddler and our second child on the way and needed to settle somewhere. Well, not long after that the rest of our family in the area moved south. Long story short, most of our family members now live in south Georgia and NONE live anywhere near us, so we decided to make the move as well. Where to start? We called Hank.
We were pretty stressed out the majority of the time, but we put our trust in Hank and listened and followed his ideas. He kept us as calm about it all as he could. Man, calling him was the best decision we made during the whole process. Thanks to Hank Bailey, our house is sold without a loss and we can plan to make our move south to be with the rest of our family.

I loved how fast Hank was in responding to our questions and concerns. Our home buying experience was so calm and stress free. He put us in contact with professional home inspectors, lenders, etc who all did an outstanding job. We could not be any more pleased with the job he did and will definitely recommend him in the future.

If you are looking for a real estate agent I strongly recommend that you reach out to Hank. He was an absolute pleasure to work with and did everything he could to make the process as smooth as possible. He was extremely responsive and did everything he could to look out for us. I don't think he ever took longer than 30 minutes to respond to any questions or concerns we may have had and that was over a 60 day period. Hank was always professional and was extremely knowledgable.
Since the closing date he has reached out to us numerous times to check in and make sure we were happy with everything. If you are in the North Georgia area and don't personally know a real estate agent you can reach out too, I suggest you contact Hank.

From the first email I could tell that he had our best interest at heart and was dedicated to our search. Hank is wonderful to work with and easy going :) He listened and paid close attention to our needs as buyers and patiently guided us through the house hunting process and the purchasing process. After spending a few months with our original agent, we were fortunate enough to find Hank on Zillow. Hank could not have made our move to Athens any easier. We visited two different times to look at houses and he had several showings already lined up and seemed to drop everything for us, which was very much appreciated. He has a thorough understanding of the area and the buying process due to his experience and being an Athens native. We had the purchase of one house fall through but Hank was more than capable of taking us through the process of what to do next and found us an even better home. Any communication with Hank was answered remarkably fast making us feel like his only clients. We have mentioned him to several other people that moved to the area and highly recommend him here as well.

We would gladly recommend Hank to anybody trying to buy a home in this area. We were moving from out of state and had a very small window of time to work with. When I came to visit, Hank set up all the homes we requested to see and also incorporated other homes that he thought we might like. That intuition on his part lead to use finding a great fit for our family. After going under contract, Hank was a part of the process every step of the way until closing. Since we were operating from out of state, he was integral in making sure that things were progressing smoothly the whole time. Hanks friendly, professional demeanor made working with him very easy. Hank was awesome. He was one of the only realtors that we spoke to that didn't try to get us to reduce our price for a quick sell. He was very communicative and got us many showings, after every showing he was quick to provide us the potential buyer's feedback. Hank is an outstanding realtor who showed great knowledge of the local market. He is very personable, communicative, fexible, straightforward and trustworthy. We initially listed our house as we had an offer to move overseas with my job. However, circumstances changed and we will continue to live in Atlanta, which led us to take our house off the market. My husband and I just bought our first home and honestly it was not what I was expecting. I thought the process would be challenging and terrifying, but Hank did all the hard work for us and it could not have been easier. He listened to what we were looking for and never tried to push us on anything. Hank was also really great communicating with my husband by email, phone or text messaging- whichever was more convenient for us. Words cannot even began to express how impressed I am with Hank's professionalism and expertise. He had helped me to short sell my home after I left GA for a job in located in MD. It was such a relief to know that I had a good agent working for me despite of me being outside of the area. A little more than a year after we bought our Athens home from Hank, we had an issue with our air conditioner. The unit simply quit working! We worked with the service provider that the warranty company had given us and it seemed that they were delaying and putting off any real solution to our problem. Most agents are gone after the sale! Not Hank! He spent a great deal of time more than a year "after the sale" on the phone late on a Friday night with us and with the regional representative getting us air conditioning the very next day! Yes on a weekend!
I cannot say enough how appreciative we are to have an agent that not only cared about us during the purchase process, but he also kept caring about our relationship and needs well after most would have forgotten about us!

I interviewed several agents to help me sell my out-of-state house. I was immediately impressed with Hank and his knowledge of the market. I also appreciated the time he took during our initial conversation to explain the process and how he would help us sell our house.
