We would gladly recommend Hank to anybody trying to buy a home in this area. We were moving from out of state and had a very small window of time to work with. When I came to visit, Hank set up all the homes we requested to see and also incorporated other homes that he thought we might like. That intuition on his part lead to use finding a great fit for our family. After going under contract, Hank was a part of the process every step of the way until closing. Since we were operating from out of state, he was integral in making sure that things were progressing smoothly the whole time. Hanks friendly, professional demeanor made working with him very easy. He clearly cares about doing a good job for his clients.

Hank was awesome. He was one of the only realtors that we spoke to that didn't try to get us to reduce our price for a quick sell. He was very communicative and got us many showings, after every showing he was quick to provide us the potential buyer's feedback. He was always easy to contact and he provided us reports on how many people were looking at our listing online. Hank is extremely professional, exudes the confidence of a long time realtor, and is a great marketer. We were so happy with Hank when he sold our house, we asked him to help us find a builder and lot for our next home.

Hank is an outstanding realtor who showed great knowledge of the local market. He is very personable, communicative, fexible, straightforward and trustworthy. We initially listed our house as we had an offer to move overseas with my job. However, circumstances changed and we will continue to live in Atlanta, which led us to take our house off the market. In the short time our house was listed, Hank sucessfully brought us multiple offers and advised us how to respond. My husband and I just bought our first home and honestly it was not what I was expecting. I thought the process would be challenging and terrifying, but Hank did all the hard work for us and it could not have been easier. He listened to what we were looking for and never tried to push us on anything. Hank was also really great communicating with my husband by email, phone or text messaging- whichever was more convenient for us. We will definitely be recommending Hank to all of our friends and he will be the first person we call when we are ready to purchase our next home!

Words cannot even began to express how impressed I am with Hank's professionalism and expertise. He had helped me to short sell my home after I left GA for a job in located in MD. It was such a relief to know that I had a good agent working for me despite of me being outside of the area. He is very knowledgeable in the short sale process, and even when buyers had bailed, Hank was able to find multiple offers within weeks of this. Hank is highly knowledgeable in the real-estate market, and an expert in the short sales process. He assisted me in short selling my home when I had to relocate for a job. Despite of me living in a separate state he explained the process along the way, and even had multiple offers when other buyers became impatient with the process. A little more than a year after we bought our Athens home from Hank, we had an issue with our air conditioner. The unit simply quit working! We worked with the service provider that the warranty company had given us and it seemed that they were delaying and putting off any real solution to our problem. Most agents are gone after the sale! Not Hank! He spent a great deal of time more than a year "after the sale" on the phone late on a Friday night with us and with the regional representative getting us air conditioning the very next day! Yes on a weekend!
I cannot say enough how appreciative we are to have an agent that not only cared about us during the purchase process, but he also kept caring about our relationship and needs well after most would have forgotten about us!
You cannot go wrong in choosing Hank for your Realtor. He treats you like family and looks out for his clients' best interests always!

I interviewed several agents to help me sell my out-of-state house. I was immediately impressed with Hank and his knowledge of the market. I also appreciated the time he took during our initial conversation to explain the process and how he would help us sell our house. Throughout the entire process, Hank communicated with me on a regular basis and kept me up to date. Hank was incredibly responsive and had a ready answer every time I contacted him. Best of all, Hank quickly found a buyer and we closed on the house in short order.

Upon listing my home with Hank, he devoted his full time and attention to me, explaining the process, the details and the "what if's". Every commitment and promise made he fulfilled, far exceeding my expectations. Unbelievable service, Hank was recommended to me by another agent who doesn't work in the area, saying he would get the job done, and that he did, we had the offer we eventually accepted on the first day of listing, as Hank contacted several realtors and clients who he thought might have an interest in the home. The effort Hank put into this sale was 4-5 times as much as I could have ever expected, he work day and night to straighten out kinks from my lender, as well as problems the buyer had. I was also impressed by how much work he put in on such a low value property, knowing the commission wouldn't be as much as other properties, but he treated myself and the job as though it was a 2-3 Million dollar home. On top of all that, I am an out of state seller and he handled all the extra work of that like it was nothing! I have never met a realtor even close to Hank in the amount of effort and professionalism given to a sale.

Thanks to several foreclosures in the neighborhood, the value on my home dropped considerably since I purchased it in 2006. In needing to sell my home to move out of state for a better job offer at the beginning of this year, I was rather leery about the whole short-sale process, but couldn't see any other way. Hank was great, though. I had an offer on my home after one DAY on the market! After that, it was the waiting game and haggling with the mortgage company. Hank was really encouraging and on top of things throughout the process. He's definitely a pro when it comes to short sales. If ever I need a home again in GA, he'd be the first one I'd contact! And I'll definitely be referring him to any friends in the area who need a realtor, as well...

Hands down Hank Bailey is the best of the best! My fiance and I were starting our journey of buying a home and as first time home buyers we had a ton of questions and not sure which direction to go in. After working with two other agents I was left hopeless. I found Hank online and after reading such great reviews decided to give him a call. We've now had the pleasure of working with Hank on both ends of real estate ... selling and buying! Hank helped us list our home for $25k over what we purchased our home for just 11 months prior in this "downturned economy". Within 2 hours of putting a for sale sign in the yard, we had our first showing set up for the following day. The house then went under contract less than 2 days later. As if that wasn't great enough, it went under contract for our asking price!!
I tell EVERYONE I talk to to hire Hank! We even call him "Hank the Tank" in our home because he doesn't mess around and we think he's just amazing! He gets the job done efficiently and is so very helpful during the entire process. Plus, if you can sell a home for more than most around you that quickly during a buyers market, that's an outstanding real estate agent to have on your side!
To top it all off, Hank also found us a home exactly like we wanted and helped us negotiate to get it for the price we wanted! We can't say enough wonderful things about him.
He's on the top of his marketing game for homes, and he's incredibly knowledgable and friendly too! ;)

Not only did he help us with the selling of our previous home he also helped us find a new home and did fantastic negotiating for us from the sellers. Hank was truly professional is all senses. He listened carefully during our first meeting and adjusted his showings. He moved quickly once we made a decision and followed up thru an inordinate number of steps and delays. He negotiated on our behalf with not only the seller but the inspector and handyman.
