We hired Hank to sell our home, and he did an absolutely stellar job for us in every regard. If I could give him 100 stars I would. Hank is extremely bright, in tune with the industry, and personable. Somehow, despite all he has going on every day, he still managed to respond immediately to each of our calls, emails and texts. We felt like we were his only clients which is amazing at this crazy time in real estate history! He cares about the work he does, he is the best of the best, truly. I was working with a realtor for several months and they were fine but we weren't getting results in the real estate market buying a first home. I chose to switch realtors and reached out to Hank's agency not really knowing anything about them. I saw a different level of professionalism and commitment that I had not seen with my 1st realtor. Hank reached out to me within 10 minutes of my inquiry and we were looking at homes the following weekend. After 6 months of looking previously, it took Hank (3) weeks to find what I was looking for and we had an accepted offer (2) days later. He guided me through the process and potential pitfalls new home buyers experience and as I write this message I am standing in my new house we closed on earlier today. I can't thank Hank enough for what he did which is why I am more than happy to provide this review. I was very nervous moving to a new state and needing to find a Realtor. I wanted someone who wasn't pushy or wanting to force us into buying something that wasn't right for our needs. I did a google search for realtors in the Buford area and Hank Bailey's name popped up. When I called him, he immediately contacted me back and I felt confident that he was a perfect fit for us. We knew we had to buy a home during our visit to Georgia, which was very nerve wracking. He had a list complied of what met our criteria and we scheduled from there. After finding the perfect home, he went out of his way to guide us in making the best offer to get it. When we thought it might not happen, he was already making a list of more houses to look at as a plan b. He never stopped working to make sure we found the perfect home that fit our needs. We even told him we wished he was able to take care of the home we were selling out of state. His communication skills and work ethic are impeccable. He's also helping more family moving to town find their perfect home. If you need a realtor, I highly recommend Hank!!!

Below are my thoughts from my first home purchase with Hank Bailey, and 2 weeks ago Hank sat right next to my husband and I as we closed on our second home. Everything in my initial statement still rings true for the services that Hank provides. His dedication, persistence, and patience to help a client find the perfect home is unsurpassed and I will continue to be a life long client. The care and attention that Hank provides for each showing and each step of the buying or selling process, makes one feel you are his only client. Not only was the buying portion of our transaction pleasant but selling was also a breeze and we were under contract in less than a week. Long in short, if you are looking for an agent who cares about you and your family and the place you call home, Hank is the first and only phone call you need to make!

If you are looking for an agent who is extremely responsive, knowledgeable, professional, and personable Hank Bailey is the answer. No matter your price range he has unmatched market knowledge. During all of the walk through's we did of homes as I was focused on more aesthetic elements of the home, Hank could be found double checking foundational and structural aspects to ensure I as his client would be purchasing a home that was soundly and safely built and maintained. Hank Bailey has a client for life in me and will be the first person I recommend to anyone in the market for a home.

Hank stood by my husband and I during this time while we were trying to sell our home, we put the home on the market before thanksgiving, in which we did receive an offer but unfortunately the buyer could not pull through, we got through the holidays, but we were also getting impatient, with Hank’s professionalism he informed us that the market was starting to pick up again, and in fact it did, a few weeks later, we had another offer on the home and we were able to sell and purchase. My wife and I relocated to Georgia from out of state and contacted Hank Bailey a month before our scheduled arrival date. From the beginning, he was helpful and responsive to all of our questions.
