I cannot recommend Goddard Uxbridge enough for the exceptional care they have provided for our two dogs. The staff has consistently been accommodating, especially when it comes to arranging appointments on short notice. They have also been very helpful in submitting claims, making the whole process smoother and less stressful for us.
A special mention goes to Dr. Nayantara Ghotge (NT), who has been our vet since 2022. She is an absolute asset to the team. Dr. Ghotge has shown us nothing but the utmost care, support, and compassion for our dogs, as if they were her own. She has gone above and beyond in managing their health, arranging referrals, and consulting with specialists to ensure we get the best possible care for them. Dr. Ghotge is incredibly diligent in keeping us updated on their progress and takes immense pride in her work, which really shows in the level of care she provides.
While the veterinary fees, including prescriptions, can be on the higher side, they are in line with other practices. Our pets are older and require more specialised care and the financial strain adds up. Despite this, the peace of mind knowing that our dogs are in the hands of such caring professionals is invaluable.
I can see from previous reviews that others share our experience, and I wholeheartedly agree with all the positive feedback. Goddard Uxbridge, especially Dr. Ghotge, has been and continues to be a tremendous support for us, and I am truly grateful for all she and the team do.

I have been with Goddard (Uxbridge) for a while now. As my cat has aged we have had more vet trips. She's typically very anxious, and vet appointments used to be very traumatic. Kyle, Nayantara, Kelly and Rachel are the veterinary practitioners that I have recently dealt with. Kyle and Nayantara (vets) have always been extremely patient, thorough in their advice and supportive of my cat during her visits. They take their time to explain conditions (including using graphs on the computer) and medication risks and benefits. It's never easy putting your furball in anyone's hands, but Kyle and Nayantara are excellent with her and put my cat mum anxieties at ease. The team never rush (regardless of how busy they are). The whole team - including the reception staff (whose names I couldn't find on the website - sorry!), Kelly and Rachel (vet nurses) always go out of their way if they can to make sure my cat is as comfortable as possible - and it's no suprise that vet appointments aren't as traumatic anymore. Truly grateful for this team.

I would have given zero stars if possible. Don’t take your pet to this vet group under any circumstances.
My wife was chastised by the vet for booking an appointment on their online portal without confirming by telephone, even after receiving an email confirmation. Clearly not fit for purpose. In the end we booked a castration with the vet direct, in person. The next day we had a call to cancel this appointment after my wife had booked leave to take care of our dog during his recovery.
This practice used to be a lovely place to visit, it’s become unwelcoming with a very flat atmosphere. Clearly a culture of revenue over care.
Absolute rip-off on prescriptions with no breakdown on costs or receipts.
Won't use again. Happy to have gone somewhere else.

Every time I go there with my cat, the help I get is excellent. The vet (Dr Ghotge) and the nurses (particularly Kelly!) are knowledgeable, helpful, patient and understanding.
It is sometimes hard to explain how stressful it is when your pet (actually a family member) is unwell, but with the staff there you feel you are in good hands.
They are also very good at making sure nothing is missed from the insurance forms and help with the admin burden.
Overall, great place.

Goddard is the vet I use for my cat.
They are very friendly and helpful here
Recently I was given an injured squirrel, which I had to take to Goddards to see if she could be saved. Sadly she couldn't, however, they treated the creature kindly and humanely.
I offered to pay for their services, but they wouldn't take anything and refused a donation.
No vets are cheap, but I feel happy that mine has a heart.
