After several bad experiences with dentists I finally found the best place. The whole staff is so nice and caring, world class customer care and service. They take good care of you the moment you step in the office, they are transparent and honest about the treatment and prices. I can’t express how happy I am to have found this place.

12/10 The admin staff is always helpful and making sure they can do whatever they can to accommodate all patient needs. The medical staff was incredible. I felt heard and respected. They were efficient while also making sure they addressed everything in my check up and cleaning. Everyone was so gracious and kind. I love the dentist and looking forward to my next visit.

I have been coming to smiles for maple valley for about two years now, and choosing this place was one of the best decisions I’ve made. From the moment I walk in the staff greet me with smile and kindness and are always very respectful and polite which makes everything go super smoothly. While I have been to many dentists before, the team at Smiles for maple valley is truly one of a kind. Dr.Narges Lotfi not only is an amazing dentist who is super precise and filled with knowledge but also a very caring individual who goes above and beyond for her patients. Every visit she ensures I am comfortable through the procedures and constantly checks up to see if I need anything which makes me feel super understood and safe. She always takes her time explaining everything and makes the best recommendations to have the smoothest recovery after my dental work. Her and her team (Hygienist, assistant etc.) are extremely professional and orientated and I have never had a bad experience in any of my visits. I suggest this place to anyone looking for dental work as it is one of the best.
