I discovered Trek Bicycle Penrith only a couple of days ago. Placed an order for a Marlin mountain bike L size. At home I discovered that I should have ordered an XL. Rang the store for advice and was told to bring it back and they will replace it with an XL. No problem.
The service at Trek Bicycle Penrith is excellent, friendly, professional. The range of accessories is very good. Lots of easy parking next to the shop. Very impressed!
I have a Trek Domane and now the Marlin and I have just found the shop they will be serviced in for years to come. What a great day! Thank you Trek Bicycle Penrith!

I went to take my child's bike in to have his handle bars looked at. It was a bike purchased from another store. He had a look at it and fixed the problem. When I went to go pay for it, he said that it wasnt necessary. What a great gesture. Thank you so much. My child hasn't stopped riding his bike since.

With my Trek Marlin 5 hydraulic brakes leaking and needing urgent replacement before my bike holiday a couple of dats away, these guys fitted my job in due to my time constraints.
The staff are very customer focussed and friendly.

James was phenomenal at getting my bike sorted and up and running again. I hadn’t mentioned it to james but I had taken the bike to be serviced by 2 other bike repair shops previously for a derailier adjustment and both not only did not correctly fix my bike they took forever. Within 20 mintutes James had my bike sorted for a nominal fee and did an excellent job and even gave me tips to get greater benefit from the bike. Legend!
