Came in looking to spruce up a pre 2000’s Trek for a packing trip in NZ. Contrary to 99bikes who showed little care and just suggested it would be better for me to buy a newer bike, the boys at Trek were excited to see it and instantly stopped what they were doing to help. Psy (sorry if misspelt) helped me for almost an hour, calling around to confirm parts. A great experience, will definitely be coming back for any future needs. Cheers guys, keep it up.

I took my daughter’s bike and my son’s stroller at Trek Bicycle today thinking that the tires were punctured. Brodie helped us initially with the bike tyres and we were able to fix them fairly quickly. Fixing the tube in one of the stroller tyres was really complicated. Jarod then joined Brodie to fix the tube and what looked like a quick fix ended up being a very difficult job. The effort and professionalism that Jorod and Brodie demonstrated was simply unbelievable. They went out of their way to help us and there was no sale involved. We were amazed with the service and will highly recommend them for your bike needs.

Michael immediately put my sons bike on the rack and attached the derailleur we purchased early at Rouse Hill. He also made other adjustments to ensure my son was riding safely. What a dude.
