I bought a Trek bike and late last year put it in for its first service. Even though the time period from purchase was a few months over the 12 month mark, Penrith Trek did the service without charge. A few months later my bike was stolen and later recovered. The bell had been broken off and the frame was out of alignment. They realigned the frame and replaced the bell free of charge. What outstanding customer service!!
