I recently had my 2007 Giant serviced (it haven’t been serviced for a few years). I expected it to be an expensive exercise, but Michael had a look and did only what was needed and didn’t try and upsell. It didn’t cost me an arm and a leg. He was friendly and knowledgeable. The bike is looking great and can’t wait to take it for a ride.

Went to fix my daughter's Repco ($130) Big W bike's brake wire and gear shifter.
The few things which worth mentioning.
1) Happy to accommodate without prior appointment (not very busy like others).
2) Welcomed and served with respect as my bike was $130 while they're selling bikes up to $11k.
3) Michael - Service Technician is experienced and passionate to ensure the bike fixed properly.
4) He was happy to suggest few bikes for my daughter to try while he was fixing it with no pressure to buy.
5) Service charge is reasonable and bike is working perfect.
Well done guys....especially Michael.

These guys are absolute legends. We were in the area, visiting from Tassie, and broke a dropper lever went to these guys looking for a replacement. They did not have the full part but fixed us up free of charge and got us on our way.

Trek Bicycle Penrith is blessed with friendly competent staff who always provide excellent service. Often bike repairs and services are completed even while you wait or shop or at least within 24 hours, which is outstanding. Frequent specials on bikes and accessories enhance the value of purchases in an industry that does tend to put a strain on the wallet. Trek bikes and associated accessories are always of a high quality and therefore are easy to confidently recommend to friends and family.
