I don’t normally do this - but I feel my experience at Trek Penrith yesterday fully deserves a review and a 5* one at that ! I called the store as I had a problem with my gears - and I spoke to James who was very helpful on the phone - he said to call in and he would take a look at it for me as it could be a simple fix ! I drove to the store and met with James - true to his word he had a look at my bike for me without any hesitation - he spent a bit of time adjusting it and eventually he got the result he was after - all this on a bike that I did not purchase from this store - it was a Trek bike though. The service I received from James was exceptional and I would recommend anyone to pet the team at Trek Penrith a visit ! Thank you James for your kindness ! Keep up the good work ♂️
