Yesterday was my first time visiting any bike store. The place is very clean and organized. All customers present seemed to be acknowledged and greeted in a very short-time. That was the first green flag of great service. I was greeted by Justin. I mentioned being very new to learning about different types of bikes and bike parts in general. I brought in a hand-me-down bike with a flat that needs fixed. He listened to my concerns, educated me on bike maintenance/repairs, gave me unbiased suggestions on what options I have. In just a few minutes of stepping in the shop, my bike was already repaired and on its way out. Keep doing awesome work Justin and Trek Bicycle (Arlington South location).
