Denied the first time but we persisted and got the recommendation the next time. I just got my copy of the full pardon for all four cases and will have the official copy soon. He didn't charge extra for doing the paperwork the second time, his fee was all inclusive and good til I got the pardon. You get what you pay for- he may not be cheap but he's well worth it!
