I did some research on pardon attorneys and chose Michael based on my research. After meeting with him I knew he was the person I wanted to use. What I really liked was the fact that if you called his office, Michael usually answered the phone himself. His office did a great job on the application. And Michael did a fantastic job on the actual presentation. That explains his great working relationship with the Pardon and Parole Board. As a result, I just received a call from his office yesterday saying that I just received a signed pardon from the governor.

When I first spoke to Michael Risley he was very professional, considerate and honest with me. He put me in touch with Katie Carter, another attorney at this law firm and she was wonderful. She explained what to expect and always kept me updated. She helped me understand the process and encouraged me by staying positive throughout my whole ordeal. I actually have never done a review for anyone but for Michael Risley and his staff I would definitely do it. Just because they are the best. Michael and his staff helped me when no one was willing to even help me a bit. I have had many bad experience with lawyers but he proved it that their are good people in this world. Not just he won my case, Michael and his staff is very helpful, dedicated, and very passionate. Their way of working is top notch, they are very up to date on everything, return calls, reply email, and at the same time their work is simply amazing.
