My wheelchair tire went flat all the sudden at a very bad time, really, is there a good time? Brian greeted me at the door and repaired my tire in record time. Now, I'm back on the road again, thanks Brian!

Can’t say enough great things about this shop! Everyone there is awesome and egoless which has become an afterthought in a high-end bike shop. For me it’s a huge selling point when things go right…and inevitably wrong!
Benton is such a good dude and found me my dream bike. Absolutely infatuated with it. Riding it is pure bliss.
The rest of the crew from the tech team through other team members working in the shop I casually chatted with were equally cheerful and helpful.
