Can’t say enough great things about this shop! Everyone there is awesome and egoless which has become an afterthought in a high-end bike shop. For me it’s a huge selling point when things go right…and inevitably wrong! Benton is such a good dude and found me my dream bike. Absolutely infatuated with it. Riding it is pure bliss. The rest of the crew from the tech team through other team members working in the shop I casually chatted with were equally cheerful and helpful. Trek in STL will absolutely continue to earn my business when I’m in town!

The service was very professional and friendly. Robbie took me in from the moment I walked in the store and explained everything he recommended and why. He was very helpful and courteous. When my 5 year old bike came back it looked brand new! Great service and I will return.

Colton, was extremely helpful, very knowledgeable and patient with myself and my wife as I was picking out a new bike. He was also helpful as I brought in an older Trek bike for service / tune up. My wife had also purchased a new bike there a week prior and a car bike rack then. My wife and I are very happy with our new bikes and bike rack for our SUV. Thank you

A month ago a came to the store asking for help to fix my Trek FX that had my gears jammed. Even though I didn't have an appointment, Brad was kind enough to work on my bike the same day and provided me with a temporary solution until my appointment today (10/7). I called last week to see if they could move up my appointment, which they did and I got my bike two days ago. They did level 2 maintenance and it is working great. I brought my daughters bike as I was getting mine, for work to be done on the brakes and they told me it should be ready by the weekend. Well, they just called me to let me know it is ready now. I really appreciate the good service from the team, and especially Brads. Thanks, guys !

It’s been 40 years since I’ve been on a bike! I knew I needed to purchase a bike from a shop that was there to support and encourage me. From my salesman John, to the staff that assembled and added my basket to Colton the great guy that delivered her. He fitted the bike to me and answered all my questions! I named my bike TULA because now I’m tooling around town again! Thank you Ballwin Trek!
