A month ago a came to the store asking for help to fix my Trek FX that had my gears jammed. Even though I didn't have an appointment, Brad was kind enough to work on my bike the same day and provided me with a temporary solution until my appointment today (10/7). I called last week to see if they could move up my appointment, which they did and I got my bike two days ago. They did level 2 maintenance and it is working great. I brought my daughters bike as I was getting mine, for work to be done on the brakes and they told me it should be ready by the weekend. Well, they just called me to let me know it is ready now. I really appreciate the good service from the team, and especially Brads. Thanks, guys !
