I’ve used this shop for maintenance for several years since it’s so easy to get to from the Cherry Creek Trail. I was in last week with a couple of issues with my bike, and Nate handled it all perfectly while I waited! He was great to work with and is a good representation of the skilled team at this location!

I recently bought a bike from Trek Downtown Denver and couldn’t be happier with my experience. I test rode the bike twice. All of the staff were so helpful and not pushy. I worked with Nate who offered lots of good knowledge. He was great at communicating. One of the other staff members worked with me to rearrange the levers and dropper post to better fit my arm width. I also had to bring the bike back to swap pedals out since I couldn’t remove them on my own. Nate took care of it quickly. It was a great purchase experience and I’d buy from there again!

I had a great experience buying my new Trek bike at the Denver location. The staff took the time to listen to what I was looking for and my budget, then gave thoughtful, knowledgeable advice that really helped narrow things down. They also suggested a few helpful add-ons that I’m glad I picked up. Friendly, expert service all around—I’d definitely recommend this shop to anyone in the market for a Trek bike.
