Jose and Marcus are awesome. The other reviews here are all spot on, these guys do great work and take great care of their customers. It's no accident that so many customers learned their names and wanted to write a review. My wife and I both bought a bike here, and will come back in the future. Knowledgeable, patient, friendly staff.

The customer service that Jose and his colleagues provide at Trek is exceptional. I am a brand new rider and wouldn’t have wanted anyone else to show me the ropes. Each time a question or complication arose, Jose was kind, prompt, and eager to address my concerns. He went out of his way to show me the ropes without missing a single detail. He ensured I was taken care of and at ease. Hands down, Jose provides the highest quality customer experience and because of him, I am no longer afraid to walk into a bike shop. Tooky Roscoe 7 in on Friday....I had told them to take their time as I probably couldn't pick it up for 6 days...
I still got a text on Saturday that it was done.....
Thankfully I got off work early so I could go in, battling the Av's crowd pre game....
They did much more than I expected them to do for the low level "tune up". Thankfully my issue was fixable, and not upgraded to a new part!
I will absolutely be bringing my bike in in the future and look forward to a new "big" purchase sometime in the future!
Everyone was so nice, and they made my experience so easy!

Marcus and Jose rock. Had an incredible experience here. I brought in my 2013 Trek after it had a crack in the frame. The staff told me Trek offers a lifetime warranty. I was able to turn my bike in for a $1200 credit and got an e-bike. Excellent service by all the staff. They even offer a free tune up with a bike purchase.

Great store!!
Prices are competitive, great offers of trek bikes (great bikes and not cheap). However, the greatest part about the store, is the customer attention, especially one of the sellers named Jose. He is very attentive, and kind and takes good care of customers.
I sincerely recommend this store.
