To start with, we have using two bikes from Trek for over 20 years and we love them. I wanted to add a lighter bike. The Vienna store has a large selection of bikes. The staff helped me find one with my criteria and assembled the added accessories. They were professional and helpful throughout. To top it off, I went back yesterday to cash in some credit that was left on my account for almost a year (from when I bought my bike). I got the same professional treatment and they got me on my way in less than 5 minutes. I highly recommend them.

I've purchased 4 bikes from Spokes in Vienna VA. I started as a novice with little understanding of bikes. The people there are very knowledgeable and will work with you to understand your needs and find a bike that fits your budget and biking interests. Their service staff is excellent and does great work.

The Trek shop on Maple Avenue in Vienna is an absolute gem! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and friendly atmosphere. They have very skilled, patient and polite staff.
Aziz, in particular, went above and beyond to make my experience exceptional. He patiently explained all the details about the bikes, from the features to the materials and the performance differences. His knowledge and passion for cycling really shine through! He guiding me through the options that best fit my needs. He even took the time to show me the bikes in action and highlight what makes Trek bikes stand out. The attention to detail and customer care were top-notch.
If you're looking for a new bike or just need advice from true professionals, this is the place to go. Thanks to Aziz and the whole Trek team for such an outstanding experience.
