I’m very pleased with my new bike. The guys were friendly and helped me with adding parts to upgrade the bike. I learned a few things I didn’t know before. The service was quick and I was kept informed of the progress. If you are looking for a new bike, this is a great place to start because of the great selection and helpful guys.

I'll say it again - and again and again. Regardless of who works at the Vienna store each and every one of them is exceptional, friendly, willing to help at a moment's notice. From the expert techs in the back to the fun-to-chat-with front liners - wonderful people. I've been working with them for as long as it has been a TREK store and the story is always the same - 10 out of 10. Kudos to you all and thank you for all your help and service.

To start with, we have using two bikes from Trek for over 20 years and we love them. I wanted to add a lighter bike. The Vienna store has a large selection of bikes. The staff helped me find one with my criteria and assembled the added accessories. They were professional and helpful throughout. To top it off, I went back yesterday to cash in some credit that was left on my account for almost a year (from when I bought my bike). I got the same professional treatment and they got me on my way in less than 5 minutes. I highly recommend them.

I've purchased 4 bikes from Spokes in Vienna VA. I started as a novice with little understanding of bikes. The people there are very knowledgeable and will work with you to understand your needs and find a bike that fits your budget and biking interests. Their service staff is excellent and does great work.
