I went to the trek bike store near they were the nicest guys you could meet and they took time to make sure I was pleased with there work and they really are reasonable on there repairs and I picked up my electric bike and it was nice having brakes on my bike and able to shift gears thanks again guys you do awesome work 100 percent pleased

I had an issue with my seatpost bolt on my 2020 Trek Domane SL5, so I called in and Arron answered and said that even though they didn't have any spare kits to replace the bolt he would barrow it from an in stock Domane and get a replacement for their one on the floor. He was even able to get the part warrantied so I didn't have to pay the $32 for a replacement part. He was very friendly and professional and I would highly recommend him for any of your bike needs.

We are on a world cycle tour and recently had a problem with punctures that the cause was unclear. We called here near closing time on Sunday, they immediately agreed to look over the wheel, popped on fresh rim tape and a tube. Discussed with me why we had the problem and agreed it looked like a batch of tubes splitting at a join. We were hot and tired, they kindly gave us water and even a free T shirt. The whole team went the extra mile to help us out, and even better no more punctures!
