Called to get a price. Went in and they charged me less. Did and incredible job. Gave me a ton of info and even made some adjustments that I needed. Great guys and a beautiful shop. My new go to.

Brought my Marlin 7 tire in and the maintenance guy showed me how to change it. He explained how the bead on the tire will make a popping sound to change it and how it should look and sound once placed on correctly. Bought a new tube and everything was well priced. Overall, these guys at Trek are pretty awesome.

I've been in twice. The first time was for a 10 second adjustment for no charge. The 2nd time was to replace a broken shifter. The people who work there are very knowledgeable and get things fixed correctly the first time.

Darrin - the mechanic at the East Northport shop is the most experienced and knowledgeable bike mechanic around. Rhe shop has friendly, attentive staff and you don’t get that ‘bike guy’ attitude you get at some shops. All customers are made to feel welcome regardless of riding level or needs. Great shop!
