I brought my bike to a shop on Commack Road to adjust my rear derailleur. They charged me over $75 and gave it back to me almost worse than when I brought it in. They refused to fix it and wouldn’t give me a refund. I brought it to Trek, and for a fraction of the price, they adjusted it. Perfect, it shifts like the bike was brand new again. So one shop lost a customer, and Trek gained a customer for life!
