Dr Izadi and his staff were all very friendly, professional, and helpful. The pre-appointment online paperwork was easy to complete and allowed for a quick check in. The clinical staff were friendly and efficient. Dr. Izadi and his PA were thorough and explained everything so that I could understand what was going on and all of the treatment options. I had a slight reaction after a treatment, they were all quick to respond and help me recover. The staff there are all absolutely extraordinary! Thank you!!

Fawn and Dr Izadi are Amazing highly recommend. The staff at MD West One are Amazing as well. Didn't have to wait long to get in or be seen.

Saw Dr. Izadi’s PA, Fawn for an issue with my hand. She diagnosed it right away, put me at ease about treatment and even though I needed a steroid shot, it was nearly painless. Great experience and would highly recommend!

The best hand care in Omaha. Dr. Izadi and his staff are top notch. I wouldn’t think of going anywhere else for my hand issues.

Everyone was warm, respectful & courteous, from the staff at the front desk to Dr Izadi & his staff. Dr Izadi & his staff allowed me to ask questions & made sure I understood. I've seen Dr Izadi for 3 different issues with my left hand & have been very pleased with the outcome. I've recommended him to others.

The office location is easy to find and parking was a breeze. The wait time was extremely short. X-ray procedures were very quick. Dr Izadi was back with results shortly thereafter.. He took adequate time with me. I did not feel like the appointment was rushed.

I made an appointment with Dr. Izadi for today at 1:30. He did my surgery years ago and couldn’t be more kind and caring! I got there a half hour early and they were able to get me in, have an x-ray, and see the doctor again and get a steroid shot and out the door by 1:30! I couldn’t ask for anymore. He’s a very kind and caring doctor and will take time with you. ALL the staff there is awesome. There is also very kind! I would highly recommend him to anyone. My husband and I have also used other doctors there and had surgeries, we will not go anywhere else.

Great patient support, Dr. Izadi and his PA have always been very patient and helpful in giving me cortisone shots in my right thumb! I appreciate their help and concern!!

I see Fawn at Dr Izadi’s office and she is truly wonderful! I was so scared to get the carpal tunnel injections but she makes it easy and painless!

I just love Dr Izadi and his nurse practitioner they are the best ever they listen which is saying something to often Healthcare professionals don’t listen to ur needs and question but these two are the BEST!!!

This was my first visit to MD West One. Everyone was so friendly and the facility was really nice. Dr. Izadi is absolutely wonderful! He is so kind and took the time to really listen to me and explain everything to me. I highly recommend MD West One and Dr. Izadi.

The office runs on schedule and gets me in and quickly. Dr Izadi is very smart and pleasant to deal with. He gives me my options and lets me have input on my medical decisions.

Was very impressed. All staff was friendly and polite. Dr. Izadi was friendly and personable and very informative on my problem and very thorough in explaining my options and making sure I had all my questions answered. Since my first visit my opinion has not changed at all and I know that I'm getting the best of care here.

Everyone was so friendly and inviting from the receptionist, to the nurse, to the PA - Faun Field and to the doctor - Dr. Izadi! Very knowledgeable as well!
