I called for my place of work and the whole process was very efficient. The AI assistant actually worked pretty well then I had a follow up call with someone, they got me the quote I needed and my boss approved the work. Price has honestly really good. I got a text the prior day and 60 minutes before my technician Justin arrived. The actual cleaning took maybe 30-45 minutes, Justin did a wonderful job and was very friendly an professional. I really appreciate it guys.

It was easy to get on their schedule (started by walking through their AI assistant to get the initial quote). You do have to put a card on file, but they don’t charge until the work is done. They emailed and texted updates. Overall, we’re happy with the work. Just got a storm after the cleaning and everything seems to be draining great.
