Very professional, responsive when we called, cleaned fast and safe. Technician looked exactly like Jim from The Office. The photo I added to the review doesn’t do him justice, but if you get this dude as the one who comes and does your gutters, you’ll be like “am I being pranked by John Krasinski?” And no, it’s really just the guy from the Guru Gutter company, but he’s still very polite and cheerful, as I imagine the real John Krasinski would be if he visited my house for a service call.

Serviceman showed up as promised, was very polite, answered all my questions to the best of his ability, did the required work in a reasonable amount of time and professional manner, he did not damage any of the plants in our garden beds that I could see, cleared two clogged drain pipes and made sure the others were working properly, did not leave a mess behind him, and let me know when he was leaving. This was a very good experience for us.

The entire process went smoothly and everyone was very professional and attentive to detail. Many companies I contacted where 6-8 weeks out for scheduling, guru gutters were able to get me on the schedule within the week. They were prompt, friendly and professional. Their methods made me feel comfortable having them work on our new house with stand seam metal roofing. They also made sure to check and manually hand clean any downspout areas. There was absolutely no mess left behind and they were very helpful and kind. We will be using them again in the future!
