Rented e-bikes here for a group outing in Palm Springs and it was one of the highlights of the trip. Track Bicycle made the whole experience easy from start to finish. The bikes were in great shape — the Evike e-bikes specifically were smooth, responsive, and handled everything without any issues. Everyone in the group was comfortable on them regardless of experience level. We rode through Downtown Palm Springs and the route was everything. Palm tree lined streets, local shops and spots worth stopping at, and we timed it just right to catch the sunset — that desert sky hits different from the seat of a bike. Staff was helpful and got us set up quickly without any hassle. And for a group rental, the value was solid — fair pricing for a genuinely great experience. If you're in Palm Springs, do yourself a favor and rent here. Exploring the city this way beats driving through it every time.
