Outstanding service!! John and Zak are incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. In addition to making adjustments to our bikes after flight travel, Zak shared helpful tips regarding bike maintenance as well as local biking trails. Highly recommend this shop.

Go to Palm Springs shop for repairs, parts and supplies. Always a mechanic or two on hand for advice and service, quick turn around on parts orders, or willing to install parts your order yourself....and overall superior service.
While the shop is now part of the Trek national chain, the Mom and Pop local bike shop feel, and support, is still there. Thanks, Zak, Wendy, John and Matt.

These people are fabulous. Zack, a Marine Vet, took the time to reset the handlebars and seat on my bike as I have a pinched nerve in my neck. He even helped me get it back in my car. It is much more comfortable now. Many thanks, Ben
