Went in to check out the Trek Marlin mountain bikes. I was expecting bad service to no service since I got there 20 min till closing time. The young guy working there was very informative. He took the time to explain what each model had and how they differ from each other. Walked out with a Trek Marlin 8. I plan on being a repeat customer there.

Trek bikes are solidly built and really well designed. They don't go for gimmicks. They go for quality. As for the in store experience it is the same. These guys are friendly and helpful and believe in the products. They know a bike is a very personal decision and they respect that.
