I’ve lived in SCV for 25 years and have purchased several bikes from two other local shops for my wife and children as they grew up. Over the years, I’ve owned and serviced bikes from brands like Giant, Specialized, and Cannondale at these shops. When Trek opened a couple of years ago near my home, I decided to start bringing my bikes there for servicing.
Oliver has been fantastic with maintenance, and the overall vibe of the team at Trek impressed me enough to purchase a Domane 5 this year. Omar guided me through the process with zero pressure. I came in thinking I knew exactly what I wanted, but after working with Omar to adjust stems, saddle heights, and other details, I realized my initial preferences weren’t right.
Omar and Humberto encouraged me to join a shop ride last Sunday. I struggled through all 18 miles, but their patience and support kept me going. Afterward, we tried another stem, but ultimately, both Omar and Oliver recommended a professional bike fitting, which I did. They were absolutely right—I was on the wrong bike.
What could have been a frustrating experience was made seamless by the entire Trek SCV team. Oliver, Omar, Humberto, Alrick, and Cole were all patient, professional, and determined to help me find the perfect setup. Thanks to their guidance, I now have the ideal bike, perfectly dialed in.
Their exceptional customer service has made me a loyal customer for life. I plan to purchase an FX 4 before the year ends, and once I improve as a rider and learn more about the sport, I hope to buy a Project One next year. I can’t recommend the team at Trek SCV enough—outstanding service and an all-around fantastic experience!
