Staff was very happy to recommend bikes and answer any questions, along with allowing for a test ride near an empty space near the shop.
Overall a great place to buy and service bikes, with convenient public transport and shopping centre.
Only a very small annoyance to point out is the very large amount of echo. When there are a few families inside it can get quite loud and make it slightly difficult to hear others.

I've been here a couple of times, guys are legends! They are so helpful and patient while going through the different options either while choosing bikes or accessories or gear. Exhibition room has plenty of options, however, more of the high end bikes. Overall experience is great. Glad to come here for my gear.
