This was my first purchase from the team. I purchased a 24" bike for my son on line. After picking up his bike, I was so impressed by the whole experience I went on to buy myself a new bike on line the same day I picked up my son's bike. Two new bikes ordered and picked up in 4 days! Thanks guys!

In the current lockdown situation we are in, it’s been challenging at times to get certain items that we are after. I found the team at Cycles Galleria extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly in my dealings online, over the phone and in person when I collected my new bike. Overall it was a great experience and I was able to get what I needed without any hassle and was out riding later the same day.

I was nervous about purchasing a road bike but they went out of their way to help me through the process, even spending time to teach me basic bike maintenance. They took real good care of me. bought a bike here about 2 months ago great knowledge about bikes and what bike to recommend for me. the bike mechanic Alex really knows what he is doing is a great guy to talk to and gives really good advice on what i should add and do to my bike. i dropped in yesterday had an issue with my bike and Alex fixed within 2 minutes free of charge great team.

Received very friendly service and assistance when I popped in there with a minor front wheel issue. I was able to leave it there for a checkover and was called an hour later to advise that the problem was fixed. The cost was minimal and did not feel I had been overcharged.
