After visiting 4 other bike shops in the area and receiving the equivalent of the cold shoulder, it was a pleasant surprise to have Luke there to help. His knowledge base was substantial, but not ostentatious. The sales experience which leaves you feeling good about your purchase and not guilty.

I have been shopping for a new mountain bike for over 3 months, i've lost count of the number of bike shop I have visited. This week I finally put a deposit down at RINGWOOD cycles galleria, I have to highlight that as it was at the ringwood store where I was greeted with very friendly staff with enthusiasm and smiles everytime.
I spoke to both Ben and billy there, both super genuine blokes. Their energy and friendliness was unreal. At no time did they make me feel I was wasting their time even though I visited the store many times asking questions only.
Thank you billy, can't wait for my bike to arrive. You guys continue to be cracking humans.
When it's time for my wife and son to upgrade their bikes, I need not to shop around. I know where ill be going!

Excellent service. Hire demo bikes with refund if you purchase is a sure fire method to choosing the right bike. I was able to ride on my local trails which made it very easy to see if the bike was what I was looking for.The mechanics are very knowledgeable and set up my new bike perfectly.

Had the best experience in the Eastland store. Luke is a wiz on technical set up guidance and also helped me to tune specifics for my ride. The parts they stock are driven towards high end performance riding but nothing is a problem for staff if in need of product knowledge - the staff here are keyed in with knowledge for every discipline and for every riders style
