Had the best experience in the Eastland store. Luke is a wiz on technical set up guidance and also helped me to tune specifics for my ride. The parts they stock are driven towards high end performance riding but nothing is a problem for staff if in need of product knowledge - the staff here are keyed in with knowledge for every discipline and for every riders style

I really cannot speak highly enough of the service i received here. I went there last week to replace my sadly stolen and beloved old bike. The service was friendly, knowledgeable and answered all my questions. What i believe was the owner took the trouble to check for me if the marlin 6 i wanted was on sale at their warehouse and found the marlin 7 at the same price as the 6! On top of that he also helped me get allthe new fittings i wanted and offered me a 10% discount on a helmet and bike lock. He even attached a drink holder free of charge. I definitely won't be going any where else for my bike supplies. I will be recommending it to everyone.

These guys are awesome! Best customer service & servicing experience I have ever had. (Was having ongoing problems with my gears after going to a different bike shop, but Ben & Billy fixed what the other place should have done...& what's more didn't charge me for it!!)
