The staff here are great. I dropped in today because I needed a replacement part - they talked me through the options, had the parts in stock, and were able to get it done within an hour or two, as they knew I relied on my bike for transport. Premium brand with top class service. Had an issue with the stock brake on my DS3 and wanted to get that fixed at the time of service, was told it was taken care and took deliver only to notice it felt the same. Returned to the shop unhappy and spoke to Emma. She got this replaced free of cost and it works brilliantly when tested on a recent 50Kms gravel ride. Another happy customer and 10/10 to Emma for the service.
