I had such a wonderful experience at Trek Ringwood! Rachel and Tom were absolutely amazing — their friendly attitude and genuine customer service really made my day. I went in to pick up my little one’s very first bike, and it was beautifully assembled and ready to go. They even went the extra mile to help me find another box so I could hide it and keep it as a surprise gift. That thoughtful touch meant so much! I couldn’t recommend Trek Ringwood enough — thank you, Rachel and Tom, for making this such a special experience!

Trek Ringwood have a vast array of good quality products and bicycles. If the product is not in stock at the time, the staff are more than happy to order any product in. Rachel has a vast amount of knowledge and zoeeience in products, bike set up and bikes if you are looking for any bike I thoroughly recommend seeing Rachel .

Staff was very happy to recommend bikes and answer any questions, along with allowing for a test ride near an empty space near the shop.
Overall a great place to buy and service bikes, with convenient public transport and shopping centre.
Only a very small annoyance to point out is the very large amount of echo. When there are a few families inside it can get quite loud and make it slightly difficult to hear others.
