John and his team made what can be a “nerve-racking“ process an absolute breeze. I did my research and John was able to get me the best interest rate and the lowest APR around! He and his team are always available and respond to emails right away! If you have all your papers together you will be blown away with the ease and timeliness of this entire process! I know refinancing may seem like a huge and undesirable process but it is so worth it ! You can save so much money if your interest rate is higher then then the going rate!

He responded quickly and gave me a quote that showed my rate dropping more than half a percentage. He and his team made the application process incredibly easy and all online. When extra documentation was needed, they follow up with me to make sure I got everything together on time to close as planned. This was the best home mortgage experience I've ever had and I've had quite a few. I highly recommend Zack and GoPrime.

As first time home buyers we felt completely overwhelmed but Zack walked us through the process step-by-step and was always there to check in and answer any questions. They helped us apply for a MCC which was a big help. The whole team is on the ball with quick communication, referrals, and an awesome online document portal.
