We bought our first house through him in 2015, and then were happy to have occasion to work with him again recently for an investment property. He even suggested a way to parcel the land before purchase that made a major and immediate improvement in our ROI. In addition to being all over the details and offering some of the best rates in town (oh, we like him, but we still shopped), he's also a great, fun guy to work with. Yay Zack!

Buying a home is supposed to be one of the most complicated things you can do, but I have to admit that was not my experience at all. Zach held my hand through it all--answering my endless questions, and offering very helpful information. Zach not only helped me to understand the process, while making it feel smooth and simple, he even saved me money! He know his stuff, and he is there to serve. Yes, I still had to look at and sign a whole lot of papers, but I didn't have to worry about a thing. If you're looking for a mortgage broker, look no further!
