From start to finish, he made sure to explain all the complicated aspects of lending process in a way that was very easy to understand. During the process I had an issue with my employer and Zack and his team worked diligently with me to continue the application during my transition to a new employer. Ultimately with his help we were able to close MUCH sooner than expected. 100/10 definitely recommend. Look no further than GoPrime.

From the moment we sat down with Zack and showed him our mountain dream house in the trees, to us getting our loan approved and closing, to Zack personally helping my husband with move in while I was in Boston after my mom's funeral, Zack has been a godsend. Zack and Shelli both have been our dream makers, truly! The whole process was positive and easeful with their guidance, even with the hoops we had to jumps through. Highly, highly recommend... and if we purchase a second home we are Going Prime all the way!!!

If you like things to be efficient and appreciate ease of uploading documents, this is definitely the place to go. Any questions I had were answered very quickly. Location is also convenient if you want face to face time. No complaints!
