Read MoreI am a Realtor here in town and was witness to a buyer that had gone with a internet lender- The lender that this buyer choose assured them that the property that they chose, was a slam dunk- 4 weeks later when we were scheduled to close the lender dropped the ball- This is when Zack Adams grabbed it and brought it over the finish line. The buyers are in the house they wanted and my seller has moved to her forever home. Thank you Prime Mortgage / Zack Adams for making the second half of a strange deal-effortless and smooth. I am sure that the buyers are grateful and so is my seller.

Read MoreWhen a previous lender couldn't meet our overall needs (nearly a week out from closing), our realtor recommended that we attempt and pivot to a new lender local to the Asheville area -- Zachery Adam at GoPrime. Although it was stressful to think we had to switch lenders mid-contract, Zack made the entire process smooth from beginning to finish. Not only did he expedite everything, but he was extremely communicative and was with us during every step of the process. We were ultimately able to close on our dream home in approximately 3 weeks! Unbelievable. We can't thank Zack and his team enough for their professionalism and hard work. If you're looking to purchase a home in the area, we highly recommend Zack and GoPrime! Thanks guys!

They were my lender when I bought my house and recently helped me refinance with an APR that my existing mortgage provider would not even consider matching. Zach cares about the people he serves and shows his dedication throughout the process. When the refinance process was completed, Zach took it upon himself to put me in direct contact with people who could assist with additional services I mentioned that were needed. Working with a local agency provided me the reassurance I needed that helped me know I was taken great care of......

He was an extremely helpful partner when we were first time home buyers and an excellent resource when we re-financed! The team is informative and fast, making the whole process very easy particularly considering the remote relationship we had during the pandemic. We've successfully recommended Zack and GoPrime to many of our first time buyer friends and will, of course, happily do so in the future!

John and his team made what can be a “nerve-racking“ process an absolute breeze. I did my research and John was able to get me the best interest rate and the lowest APR around! He and his team are always available and respond to emails right away! If you have all your papers together you will be blown away with the ease and timeliness of this entire process! I know refinancing may seem like a huge and undesirable process but it is so worth it ! You can save so much money if your interest rate is higher then then the going rate!

He responded quickly and gave me a quote that showed my rate dropping more than half a percentage. He and his team made the application process incredibly easy and all online. When extra documentation was needed, they follow up with me to make sure I got everything together on time to close as planned. This was the best home mortgage experience I've ever had and I've had quite a few. I highly recommend Zack and GoPrime.
