Purchased a barn door for my living room. Customer service is great and door was high quality. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for a barn door that will last for many years and looks great. They even went out and beyond to send me samples of the color of door before I purchased.

We had a handyman to install this French door and we are in love with the door!! ❤️❤️ The handyman complimented on quality of the door and said it will last a long time. He asked where I bought it from! I love the design of this door because it has openness but also feels secure at the same time, which was exactly what we were looking for.
I read the reviews about the doors are hard to install or there are some missing parts, so I was a bit worried. But the handyman was able to install it within 2 days, with no issue at all! It had no missing parts, and I liked that it came with a ball catcher and two door knobs with lock! We had to buy and install ourselves a slide bolt gate latch hardware to help doors align better, which was no problem at all. Their customer service in Amazon (bought this door thru Amazon) was prompt in reply and very helpful as well!
Overall we are more than happy with the design and quality of this door. I’d highly recommend you buy it if you’re interested!!!

Can't say enough good things about this comp. Bought closet during covid. Couldn't find contractors to hang them. When we finally found some, we realized door was wrong, they made it right. Will definitely do business with them again.

Ordered two barn doors and hardware from UnitedPorte and I am beyond happy with my purchase! I fell in love with these specific doors and searched everywhere online for them. With a welcome discount, I found them the least expensive here and I like that they offered a couple hardware color options. They are a door manufacturer rather than a third party seller, which makes them experts on doors. Delivery was quick and they arrived well packaged without any damage. The delivery person was professional and helpful! I reached out to customer service with an inquiry as well and Vlad was very friendly and helpful too! I had a contracting team redoing our master bathroom and bedroom; they installed these doors between the two rooms. They said it was a very easy install. They look absolutely GORGEOUS! What a statement piece! I love the brushed metal accent strips and the wood is high quality. I purchased some of the hardware, such as the handles and top mount rails, separately from another website. Everything tied together beautifully though and they are so sleek, operate smooth and look more expensive than what I paid. Overall, I highly recommend UnitedPorte and their beautiful, top quality doors!!!
