I ordered six doors from UnitedPorte. The doors came to me by their own United Porte courier to Colorado, ahead of schedule! Quality was excellent and they hung straight, with eight foot doors, that's key. I've purchased bigbox doors for numerous projects. Never have I received door from either chain without damage, order errors, etc. Delighted with this service!
Anna has fielded my calls through the process of ordering, delivery and install. Without exception, she has been a courteous professional with answers to every question and concern.
There was a mixup with the trim package for a couple of doors; seven feet instead of eight feet. It's being delivered by mid-week with their same driver.
These are professionals who do their best to respond to any issues facing them and getting them resolved quickly.

I had a great experience with Unitedporte. I looked at all their door styles on their website and they have a huge inventory with different styles. I dealt with Vlad and he was great from the beginning to end. He told me to send him the styles I wanted to see and they would be ready to be viewed when I arrived at their warehouse and it was just as he said. He even pulled out a few extra for me. They were very informative and professional. I got 3 doors from them and after installation, I had a problem with one of the doors. I called Vlad and he replaced the door no problem. I have already recommended them to family and friends and will continue to do so. Great experience, same pick up day. Everything went smoothly. Will defiantly only shop for doors here. Thank you for the great experience!!
