We ordered a barn door from UnitedPorte. They were not able to fulfill our original request but offered a similar door and a discount for the inconvenience (nice!). The door was shipped in excellent packaging and was delivered without a scratch. The door was installed and it looks beautiful. Andrew was great in working with us and following through the entire process. Great service and I would highly recommend these guys.

I'd spent days looking for two different sized doors that had the same aesthetic details because they were going to be next to one another. I stumbled on United Porte and had some very specific questions. Reached out by email. Was contacted back by Andrew. He answered all my questions and I ordered the doors.
Andrew was great about providing the tracking info notifying me when the doors were on their way. The doors arrived in crates. They weigh a lot so get a 2nd person to help you move them.
The doors are beautiful, solid heavy wood with inlaid glass and great finish on the wood, but one of them had some damage -- presumably from shipping. I sent Andrew pics and he responded immediately. He resolved the issue quickly.
I'm really happy with my experience. Sometimes it can be like pulling teeth to get a response from an internet company. Here, Andrew answered all of my questions and did so quickly. That type of customer service makes a huge difference. Will go back to United Porte when I need more doors for a new project.

Best prehanged door, came with everything you can install yourself. When it comes to buying a new door, it can be intimidating because there are so many assesories you have to buy to make it work but with this company, they makes my life easy. They are very professional and quality is the best. Beyond happy to use their door and definitely will buy again and again.

The door was purchased for the master bathroom remodel. Product is excellent. Solid construction, quality materials, very modern European look. Despite good protective packaging, the UPS managed to make a hole through the first door, which was promptly replaced by the seller. Great communication and updates throughout the whole process. We bought two doors as a pair for our new addition from UnitedPorte. One pocket door for bathroom and one regular door for walk-in closet. Both doors looks great with friendly price. Andrew provides an excellent customer service and communication from beginning to the end. The doors were delivered on time with intact packaged. We are very happy! We ordered 5 black ash Planum doors, which are a custom item. The doors and hardware are extremely high quality and well made as well as stylish, and we couldn't ask for anything better. Because they were a custom item, it does take a while to receive, and we had an issue with a first shipment of doors that arrived having mortises in wrong location. Andrew was extremely helpful and responsive in dealing with the issue, and ultimately we got a replacement that works perfectly. We couldn't be happier with the quality and experience. If ordering, realize it may take a while to ship from overseas factory, but ultimately United Porte pulls through with a product you won't be disappointed with.
