We purchased 30 doors from this showroom, and the customer service has been consistently disappointing. Every time we come in, the staff seem too busy to even look up and acknowledge us. If you try to ask someone who’s already with a client to simply point you in the right direction, there’s no greeting or courtesy - just an irritated head gesture with no words.
What’s even more frustrating is that this happens whether the showroom is busy or completely empty. We drive an hour to get there, sit waiting for almost another hour, and still no one approaches us or checks if we need help. The staff just sit behind their computers, avoiding eye contact, showing an absolute lack of basic customer service.
And when something goes wrong, the experience gets even worse. One of the 30 doors we purchased arrived chipped. We were accommodating and agreed to a repair, but it’s been a full year with no repair kit, no replacement, and no resolution of any kind.
Extremely disappointing and completely unacceptable given the amount we spent.
