The color of the door looks absolutely nothing like the picture when ordering. Very disappointing. Paying this much and ending up with a door that looks plastic is so frustrating.

Awful! Door came in wrong. Ordered another one. 10 days later I call to find out when it would be delivered. Told me they don’t have the door. Kept my money asking for refund. They still have not picked up the original wrong door. DON’T Do business with them!

Rarely do I leave Google reviews but feel compelled to share my experience. There's no question they offer some of the best selection of doors. The reason for the low rating is the customer service or lack thereof. I reached out because I originally purchased 3 sets of barn doors (fully intact never opened). I realized they would not work for us and wanted to exchange for same doors but sliding bypass. I already had another order coming that hadn't yet shipped so asked if they could make the swap at the same time. They charged me another $500 plus $250 for the return. The end result is that I paid $1000 total in shipping. Plus the return charge. Make sure you make no mistakes in your order because they don't work to take care of you on the backend. I'm incredibly disappointed that Andrew couldn't come up with a compromise. I never understand why companies don't take care of paying customers.

It has been two months since I had a bad service support experience from UnitedPorte. Now, I am clam enough to write this review. I bought two sliding pocket doors. One of them is good but the other one is a defected door. A part of inside core is hollow, and my contractor was not able to put hanger screws on as instructed by the instructions. At the first, they didn't believe it even I sent them the pictures they asked for. I needed to talk the support staff Anna every day. When I wanted to escalate and talk her manager. She told me I cannot reach the manage by phone. She gave me the email which is their sales department. She also never called back to provide the status as she promised multiple times. I had to call every day. Finally, after one weekly hassle and upsetting phone calls every day, they finally agreed to ship a new door but refused to expedite the shipping. In the meantime, I had to send my contractor back and re-arrange him with extra cost. So, just be aware, and good luck on your ordered product. The support is horrible.

I am reading all these good reviews, I must say that I am very Jealous because I am not having a good experience with the company about my order. I can not get a straight answer about delivery I have been told that order will be delivered tomorrow on four different occasions nothing and when I do call I am kept on hold for 25 to 30 min. at a time , I even took off from work to get the order NOTHING was delivered I was not happy about that. No one calls me back with any clear information.I have been waiting for this order since Oct.. I do understand that things happen BUT just be honest about the situation don" t tell me its coming tomorrow or in five days if that"s not true. No Manager has reached out to me at all. I will be very Ecstatic to get my order so I too can tell how Beautiful my Doors look

This company is the worst, specifically Anita who apparently is the only person you get to talk to unfortunately. I ordered a set of custom barn doors from home depot and they're who supplies them. On Homedepot.com it said that I could easily request different track sizes. So when I contacted United Porte they said it was backordered, which is fine. However, they tried to cut out home depot and order directly through them which I chose not to because I thought that was kind of shady. When I followed up on my order United Porte lied saying it was canceled. When I showed them proof from home depot they said to contact them in a few weeks. When I called United Porte they again said the order was canceled but the item is in stock and I could easily order from them. When I called homedepot to figure out what was going on they called United Porte and Anita lied saying it was now on backorder again. When I spoke to Anita at United Porte she just laughed. She is beyond rude and worthless. Updated Response to United Porte: you are the supplier of these doors to homedepot but you continued to play games and lied about when it was in stock and did nothing to accommodate me or home depot. In fact you laughed at me and refused to put your supervisor on the phone. Your lack of professionalism and customer service is the sole reason I canceled my order.

Very disappointed that they shipped my doors but "forgot" to ship the frame and hardware. They claim that a new one will be arriving May 5th however when I put the tracking number that they gave me it says it has yet to he shipped so I highly doubt it will arrive here by May 5th. I don't understand how a company can forget to ship something so important when I paid over $1000 for these doors. I truly hope they make this right so I can update this review.

Unfortunately this Company does not stand but its product. I orders two doors then sent out the wrong size. they wanted me to pay for another door. Order at your own risk.

I purchased a door from United Porte through Houzz.com. The door ended up not working for our renovation, so I initiated a return for the door within 90 days. I was made to pay for the return shipping which was upwards of $200. The door was shipped back via UPS in original packaging, and left my home unopened. United Porte then emailed me that they received the door and it was damaged. They refused to refund my money, or my payment for return shipping cost. As of today, they also still have the door for which they have been paid in full. United Porte has ignored my last 3 emails so I have been dealing w Houzz instead. Extremely unhappy with the service of this company.
