It has been two months since I had a bad service support experience from UnitedPorte. Now, I am clam enough to write this review. I bought two sliding pocket doors. One of them is good but the other one is a defected door. A part of inside core is hollow, and my contractor was not able to put hanger screws on as instructed by the instructions. At the first, they didn't believe it even I sent them the pictures they asked for. I needed to talk the support staff Anna every day. When I wanted to escalate and talk her manager. She told me I cannot reach the manage by phone. She gave me the email which is their sales department. She also never called back to provide the status as she promised multiple times. I had to call every day. Finally, after one weekly hassle and upsetting phone calls every day, they finally agreed to ship a new door but refused to expedite the shipping. In the meantime, I had to send my contractor back and re-arrange him with extra cost. So, just be aware, and good luck on your ordered product. The support is horrible.
