Ordered a hidden frame door. Very satisfied with the quality. Anna is an effective customer service representative. The order was shipped quickly and the company delivery truck insures getting a product without any shipping damage. The only thing they could do better is to supply the mounting brackets for the door frame. They are not available locally as I was told. We searched a few scrap metal yards to find material suitable for us to fabricate our own. That added a 1/2 day to the installation process. They could also include screws for the special hidden hinges. They require two different specific screw types. They are available locally with a little searching.

Anna was a wonderful customer service representative. When the website wasn't working correctly, she helped me place my order, pay, and set my shipping address correctly (the website wouldn't allow different shipping and billing addresses).

I was looking for an elegant looking pocket door. My Google search led me to UnitedPorte which I had never heard of. I am so glad I took a chance. They had great products at competitive prices. They kept in correspondence with me from the moment I ordered until after my product was delivered. I got a pocket door and it is simply beautiful unlike the doors I have seen in big box stores. The door arrived within a few days and was hand delivered to my front porch as the delivery man rang my door bell to make sure I received It. It will be another two weeks before it gets installed and I can't wait. What a great shopping experience so far!

They answered all my questions. The door looks really great, made of high quality material and provides good insulation and protection. Highly recommend
