My husband and I recently completed a major home renovation including the installation of three sets of Felicia french doors. Max Sandler was instrumental from start to finish in this project. We explained our needs/vision for these doors and he worked diligently to provide the correct product-fit for the job. He and the outstanding craftsman-installer, Saiid, provided a seamless experience from design all the way through to installation of our beautiful doors. Max's patience, product knowledge, and follow-through have been exceptional as was Saiid's incredible work ethic, skill, and meticulous attention to detail during installation.
The doors are high-quality making this a totally wonderful experience. Thank you, United Porte Inc., for your excellent products, but most importantly, for employing such amazing team members.You have truly earned 5 stars!

Recently ordered a pocket door for our bathroom renovation project but was sent some incorrect parts including door pull and different door frame hardware for 2’x6’ wall instead of 2’x4’ wall frame. Contacted customer service and spoke with Elaina (may be spelling her name wrong) but she was super helpful and responsive, she had them redeliver the proper hardware. Product looks great, service was phenomenal, and if you need something you call and get an immediate response. Highly recommend!

I was not sure at first, but after ordering the pocket door from UnitedPorte, all of my concerns disappeared. The product quality along with their warehouse and online staff could not be better. My pick-up arrangements were without issue, and later when I needed additional parts, Andrew was quick to respond to my emails, and connected me with the warehouse staff in Bayonne, who were very pleasant to deal with, and very efficient.

We recently bought double barn sliding doors (interior installation) from United Porte. Sofiya was a pleasure to deal with, answering my many questions over a long period of time. We visited the showroom in Bayonne and it was impressive. Their doors are very solid and heavy. You can tell that as soon as you touch them.
We decided to have them install the doors as well although we considered having our contractor do it (no substitute for having someone do the install who does this stuff every day). Even so, install took about 5 hours. Installed (Eugene) was very careful and precise in his measuring. Doors came out great - matching our high expectations.
