I’ve been a long time customer of Trek. My first purchase was (2) commuter e-bikes in 2016. To say the bikes were high quality is an understatement. I was ROUGH on these things and put thousands of miles on them over a decade. They are still in excellent condition and road ready to this day. I went to this location and purchased the newest Trek model and I am blown away. The build is high quality and it’s just.. excellent. Trek is not cheap, but it IS quality. You can bring your bike here for service and it is done quickly. They have a large selection of all the essential accessories. Whereas you can always find cheaper, you won’t find the quality at traditional big box stores. The staff here was friendly and very helpful. I believe I worked with Heather, the store manager. My apologies if I got the name wrong, but she was great and answered all of my many questions. If you’re a serious cyclist, Trek is the spot.
