Trek Bicycle if Little Rock is the place to frequent when maintenance & service is required. A thurough evaluation and tune up proved to be life-saving as the brake pads were razor thin.
The ebike is heavy and up & down hills galor means that the brakes and associated hardware take a beating
Technicians were expedient in reporting safety concerns in addition to install of fresh tires (Y’all the rear tire was Indy 500 “bald”! Lordy!
What’s more the shop is a biker’s paradise!

DJ did a great job of understanding what I was looking for in a bike and explaining all the mechanics/features that would work best for me and why. I had a lot of questions. The tips on riding were a plus as well as the low key and relaxed approach. So refreshing. My husband and I were in and out with my new bike ready to go in an less than an hour. I love it!

Dmitri at Trek Bicycle Little Rock did an excellent job servicing and repairing my bike. I came to Arkansas to ride and experienced a flat. He got it fixed that and did my complimentary service for purchase of new bike that I hadn't used yet. It was as clean as the first day I rode the bike. He also told me about local bike trails beyond the one's I already researched that I will check out. Thank you Dmitri!

Super awesome experience over the past month!
After searching online for the right MTB, I landed on a Trek. The online inventory showed that they had limited stock. When I called the store DJ not only took the time to check the backroom for my bike, but since I really wanted to pick it up later the same day; he squeezed in the build and called to let me know when it was ready.
3 weeks in to owning my bike, it was stolen, damaged, and recovered. When I took it into the store for service and repairs, Dmitry gave it a thorough inspection and found cause to keep it over night. They ended up having to order parts and got them under warranty in only a few days time.
I'm so grateful for this staff, their knowledge, and advice.
Highly recommend to anyone looking to get into cycling.

The staff here is knowledgeable, professional, and extremely helpful. Their work is always amazing, and the cherry on top is their prices are great too. I will go out of my way to come here, rather than to a shop that may be closer. Highly recommend.
