I LOVE the Trek on Chenal in Little Rock, Arkansas. it's my go-to when I have questions. The staff are super nice and helpful. A lot of the time I call them and get my questions answered. And when I'm in need of a part a lot of the time they carry it. I like that they can order stuff for you especially when you're not sure if it's the correct part. Or if you need to get a specialty tool for service. All the staff are really friendly and love to help! 10/10

Walked in with a new bike that was left in a garage for 3 years unused. I walked in and was immediately was helped out. They did a full check up free of charged. I will continue going here for any bike needs I may need.

I’m a beginner in cycling and the staff helped me tremendously. Giving me the ins and outs of whatever I needed to get started. Very friendly and patient with my lack of knowledge for the cycling world. I really appreciated their kindness and their extensive knowledge they provided me. I walked out of the store with quite a bit of goodies to get started on my journey and I am for certain I will be returning as I progress in skill!

We got our first Trek bike here not knowing about the quality of this brand. We got a hybrid bike that could be used for my dad who is already in his 70’s and I use it as well to get some exercise in.
We ran into some issues with it short of a month and took it in for service and I can just say wow! DJ ordered the parts and installed all within days. What a bike and what a service! Thank you !

I’ve been a long time customer of Trek. My first purchase was (2) commuter e-bikes in 2016. To say the bikes were high quality is an understatement. I was ROUGH on these things and put thousands of miles on them over a decade. They are still in excellent condition and road ready to this day.
I went to this location and purchased the newest Trek model and I am blown away. The build is high quality and it’s just.. excellent. Trek is not cheap, but it IS quality.
You can bring your bike here for service and it is done quickly. They have a large selection of all the essential accessories. Whereas you can always find cheaper, you won’t find the quality at traditional big box stores.
The staff here was friendly and very helpful. I believe I worked with Heather, the store manager. My apologies if I got the name wrong, but she was great and answered all of my many questions.
If you’re a serious cyclist, Trek is the spot.

Trek Bicycle if Little Rock is the place to frequent when maintenance & service is required. A thurough evaluation and tune up proved to be life-saving as the brake pads were razor thin.
The ebike is heavy and up & down hills galor means that the brakes and associated hardware take a beating
Technicians were expedient in reporting safety concerns in addition to install of fresh tires (Y’all the rear tire was Indy 500 “bald”! Lordy!
What’s more the shop is a biker’s paradise!
