Great Service!! I needed to get my tires replaced on my wheelchair and I spoke with Steve. Steve took care of my repair while I waited in my car and then brought my repaired rims back to my car. That is outstanding service! Thanks

Great experience. Dropped off a bike this morning that had been collecting dust in my garage for the last 9 years. They had all of the parts in stock and made it look new again. My youngest daughter was extremely happy to get it back the same day!

Picked up a new trek hybrid (great deal) from Zack. I genuinely felt like the guys at the shop just wanted people to enjoy riding bikes; no pressure sales environment. I forgot my driver’s license (required for test ride) at the store and the manager hand -delivered it to my front door on his own time, the night before Thanksgiving. Good dudes.

Fast service, immediate attention to walk-ins. I needed a Cane Creek ZS-44mm headset installed on my new (Ti grade 9) frame. The process is slightly complicated with special presses and tools that make the work necessary to see the professional bike mechanic. I need to return for installing the 1 1/8in. carbon headset spacers with final adjustments so I know where I'll go again!
