I brought in my bike (I do not own a trek bike), into the shop because I had some issues with my shifting. I put on a new crankset by myself and my chain started dropping.
I brought it to the service counter, and immediately the man behind the counter took a look, and told me I had a loose rear axle, and that the limit screw on my front derailleur was slightly off in the adjustment.
He found and fixed the problem in under 5 minutes, and did not charge me. I offered to pay but he insisted it was an easy fix and it was free.
I had a lot of hesitations in coming into the store because it is a 'big brand' store, but I would highly recommend this shop to anyone, even if they do not have a Trek bike.
